Cycle 8 NOIs must be submitted through NSPIRES.
- Submission of a NOI is recommended, not required, for
propsal submission.
- These Notices are utilized in expedite the proposal review process and in the timely selection of the FUSE Peer Review Panels.
- NOIs must be submitted through NSPIRES.
- The NOI page will request the title of the investigation, the name and
affiliation of the PI and any Co-Is, and a brief summary of the objectives of
the proposed program.
- Co-Is who are not registered in NSPIRES at the time of NOI submission,
can be added to the proposal via NSPIRES prior to submission of the proposal.

- NSPIRES will begin accepting Cycle 8 proposals ~1 week after the NOI deadline.
