FUSE Cycle 6 Program Description and Proposal Instructions

• Section 1 provides a description of the FUSE Cycle 6 Guest Investigator (GI) program.
• Section 2 provides detailed information on proposal preparation, submission, evaluation, and implementation for FUSE Cycle 6 programs. This section also provides general information for responding to NASA NRAs.

Proposers are encouraged to submit a Notice of Intent by logging onto the SYS-EYFUS submission site http://proposals.hq.nasa.gov.

• The FUSE NOI site is scheduled to open 6 July 2004.
• The FUSE NOI submission deadline is 6 August 2004.
• A NOI help page has been provided for first time SYS-EYFUS users.

The NASA Peer Review Services Web site is scheduled to begin accepting FUSE Cycle 6 proposal cover sheet information on 20 August 2004.

FUSE Cycle 6 Proposal Preparation Instructions and Templates

The proposal LaTeX template file, the instructions for completing it, and the LaTeX style file (which is needed to process the proposal template) can be downloaded directly from this site. Alternatively, these materials will be sent to you via automatic return e-mail if you send a message to fuseprop@pha.jhu.edu with the word(s) help or request templates in the "subject" line. Please note that the completed LaTeX proposal forms should also be submitted to this same email address.
