FUSE Cycle 6 Proposal Submission
Proposal deadline: 4:30 pm EDT on 17 September 2004
A complete proposal submission consists of the
following three steps.

1. Provide basic summary information through the NASA
Peer Review Services Web site and print the Cover Page/Proposal
Summary.
Note: The NASA Peer Review Services Web site is scheduled to
begin accepting FUSE Cycle 6 proposal cover sheet information on 20 August 2004.
- Note that the NASA proposal number in the upper right-hand
corner of the Cover Page must be inserted it in the LaTeX proposal
form in the appropriate keyword (\nasapropno).
- DUNS number: The Federal
Government policy requires that all applications, with the exception of those
from sole proprietors and foreign entities, have a DUNS (Data
Universal Numbering System) number. You will need to obtain a DUNS
number prior to electronic
submission of your proposal at the NASA
Peer Review Services Web site. Instructions on obtaining a DUNS
number are located at
http://research.hq.nasa.gov/research.cfm.
If you do not have a DUNS or Cage number, please see the related FAQ
regarding the population of the DUNS, CAGE, and EIN/TIN
numbers required by the SYS - EYFUS system.
2. E-mail the LaTeX proposal form to
fuseprop@pha.jhu.edu. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to
the proposal submitter by return E-mail.
3. Send 12 printed copies of the proposal to the address given
below. The PI must sign the printed Cover Page/Proposal Summary
(see Section 2.1.2) and attach it as the front
of the proposal . Copies of the Cover Page/Proposal Summary must
also be attached to the other 11 copies of the proposal that are be
submitted (i.e., one original and 11 copies must be submitted).
